Corporate Calm
Corporate Calm (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2023 with the vision of creating a well-being revolution.
The workplace has been exposed to disruptive changes and faced with economic uncertainty. These have had a crippling effect on employee wellbeing which has manifested in mental health challenges like burnout, stress and depression. All of which impacts overall productivity and profitability. This has left employers having to take a rigorous approach toward employee wellbeing to restore the balance among their employees and the workplace.
Corporate Calm offers a proactive approach toward mental and emotional wellness through people-focused services that enhance the overall wellbeing and productivity of employees. We recognize that the most basic physiological needs must be met for employees to function optimally and offer a range of physical and mental solutions that can positively impact employee well-being, employee performance and job satisfaction.
It’s Founder
Sharmaine Naidoo
I possess a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management and a career with over20 years’ of experience in Human Resources Management at internationally acclaimed leading properties in South Africa. My primary goal is to bring relief to employees who are struggling to cope and survive with their daily challenges. I am passionate about change management and I believe that change can only be achieved through building individual strength. I have put together an exciting basket of services to help organizations invest in their employees’ wellbeing and I continue to explore further services to uplift and empower employees, organizations and society at large.
